Rising Motorsport Star Rowan Campbell-Pilling Celebrates Breakthrough Season at Canon Medical Arena

Canon Medical Arena welcomed Sheffield’s rising motorsport talent Rowan Campbell-Pilling on 7th November 2024, as the young driver hosted a special celebration event to mark an incredible debut season in British F4.

The 17-year-old, competing in the ROKiT British F4 Championship with Argenti Motorsport, enjoyed a standout rookie campaign — finishing in the top 10 overall, securing third place in the Rookie Cup, and collecting an impressive 21 trophies across a demanding 30-race season.

The event brought together key figures from across Sheffield’s business and civic community, alongside partners, supporters, and aspiring young people, all gathering to celebrate Rowan’s achievements and journey so far. Guests had the opportunity to see his F4 car up close and explore the trophies that marked a remarkable first season in the sport.

Hosted by double Superbike World Champion James Toseland, the evening featured an engaging on-stage conversation reflecting on Rowan’s experiences on track, his rapid progression, and his ambitions for the future.

A key highlight of the night was Rowan’s continued commitment to giving back. As a Children’s Champion for The Children's Hospital Charity, he presented a cheque following an outstanding fundraising effort of over £25,000, supporting patients and families across Sheffield.
